An app that could save millions

This is just an idea and no one has made it as per my research. If you found one let me know

You write minutes, documents, decision papers but find it extremely difficult to keep it safe. Well this app does exactly same, it safely records the documents and once uploaded cannot be changed. This app lets people like journalists, researcher, blogger, etc. to see what decisions have been made out from different institution. Since the documents are recorded permanently, its effectiveness increases. People would find safe to upload copyrighted documents too and can be a place to have their document online for proofing purposes.

This is how the app works.

Upload section accepts .doc,.pdf,.xls,.ppt,.jpeg etc. files and converts them to pdf to upload in the site. The uploader has to give a suitable title, date of the documents, name of the organization, location, keywords for seo, description, summary and categorize into certain group. Then it is uploaded to the site where it is permanently stored and cannot be deleted by uploader. However updates regarding the uploaded documents can be attached. The document can be viewed by anybody from any part of the world.

Documents are categorized in specific domains, location, date, most used keywords and types. Now one can log into the app and search for documents or they will be recommended some in feeds. Also they can lookup for categories and find one. This app can be used to permanently store powerful documents like new policies of countries to small documents like decisions made in a small students’ club.
